As a contractor, I worked as an XD on a team producing wireframes and a full design system for a AI driven Travel Concierge.
Fly.me offered an AI component to the new OTA. Users could prompt Alexa to suggest and book travel based on their preferences and travel history. A unique part of my role was to help define the response experiences as users prompted and were prompted.
